Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
