Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and pilot programs
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies
- Manage innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning experience
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
