Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze disruptive trends through 2026 (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate tech acceleration)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic initiatives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to 10,000+ industry stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or think tank research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar journals
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
