Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal trends through 2030
- Design and facilitate strategic innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop actionable roadmaps for adopting AI, quantum computing, and biotech disruptions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab team
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or client innovation projects
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic horizons
