Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends with 3-5 year horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on topics like AI ethics, climate resilience, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation leaders
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, trend analysis, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technological disruption topics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ foresight projects with measurable business impact
