Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 impact
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, Delphi)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
