You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies that position us as industry trailblazers while fostering a culture of innovation across our 500+ employee ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Develop and maintain the '2026 Vision Roadmap' aligning product development, talent acquisition, and market expansion strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-facing solutions using scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact and adaptability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists and champion future literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, backcasting)
