Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, climate tech) through proprietary trend-mapping algorithms
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies published in FutureScope Journal
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology™
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight publications
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Gartner's Horizon Scan, Trend Hunter Pro)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning from World Future Society
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
