Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Identify emerging paradigm shifts via trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Produce 'State of 2026' annual industry forecast reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-niche domains (quantum/neuro/bio AI)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers/articles)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
