Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to guide executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future scenarios and innovation priorities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D roadmaps
- Monitor and interpret signals from global innovation ecosystems, startups, and academic research
- Create executive-ready reports and presentations translating future trends into competitive advantages
- Establish and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
