Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning horizons
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on emerging data and competitive shifts
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive planning across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
