Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform 5-10 year corporate planning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into organizational strategy
- Deliver compelling foresight narratives through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and impact assessments
- Pioneer Horizon's annual 'Future State' thought leadership publication and events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate planning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
