Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for 2026 market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable strategies
- Author quarterly foresight briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify and map disruptive threats/opportunities across global markets
- Design predictive analytics frameworks for long-term trend forecasting
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and predictive modeling
- Published work in technology/societal forecasting (e.g., IEEE, World Future Society)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience translating complex insights into executive-level recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to visualize future states through compelling narratives
