Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption opportunities in AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies through proprietary Horizon Scoring™ methodology
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Build client roadmaps for 2026 digital transformation with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to validate future-viability of emerging tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or climate adaptation
- Proven track record of publishing foresight reports adopted by Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year horizon strategic pivots
