Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term strategic goals
- Present futuristic visions to investors, policymakers, and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and venture capitalists
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Oversee cross-functional R&D sprints for prototype development and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (patents/products)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author in tech foresight journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF)
