Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-proof solutions
- Present executive-ready strategic briefings on emerging technologies and market shifts
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Drive culture of future-readiness across organization through thought leadership and training
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation lifecycle
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) highly desirable
