Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 innovation strategies across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with multi-billion dollar market potential
- Lead high-stakes scenario planning for global industry transformations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 50+ annual patent filings
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 12+ years in strategic innovation with $50M+ P&L responsibility
- Published author on emerging technology trends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford press)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on future strategy
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional executive communication with TED-level presentation skills
