Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across business units
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
