Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptors across technology, society, and economics to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 challenges
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of trend forecasting and scenario-planning methodologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and disruption analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
