Responsibilities

- Innovation Execution: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to test future technologies.

- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and 'future-proofing' across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and the future of work.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think 5-10 years into the future and translate abstract concepts into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive change.
