Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation, quantum-resistant security, and carbon-neutral computing infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in building scalable prototypes for next-gen IoT ecosystems and decentralized networks
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies including neuromorphic chips and synthetic biology interfaces
- Drive strategic alliances with academic institutions and government agencies to shape emerging tech policy
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed implementation plans
- Mentor junior innovators through our Talent Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience launching enterprise-grade future-tech solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biocomputing
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or managing R&D budgets exceeding $20M
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent, with 3+ patents in emerging technologies
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles (TALC) for disruptive innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies or equivalent advanced specialization
