In this pivotal role, you will define how we integrate next-gen AI agents, autonomous systems, and quantum-ready infrastructures into our core product ecosystem.
As a leader in our organization, you will not only manage technical roadmaps but also influence the cultural direction of our engineering teams towards a future-proof mindset.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the development and delivery of high-impact technical projects that align with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster innovation.
- Technology Assessment: Research emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Generative AI) and prototype viable solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several years into the future and adapt strategies based on market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
