Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Manage and develop the hotel's department heads and staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and guest-centricity.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budget adherence, and cost-control measures.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve conflicts to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Drive revenue strategies and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
