Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during your shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during your shift.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain tasks.
