- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide warm, personalized assistance to arriving and departing guests
- Execute flawless valet parking services for vehicle guests
- Maintain pristine appearance of hotel entrances and lobbies
- Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service delivery
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest handling
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of NYC geography and landmarks
