- Check in/out guests efficiently with our proprietary PMS system
- Manage reservations and room assignments via digital platforms
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest stays
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train from ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy (we'll teach our systems)
