- Greet and assist guests with luggage, transportation, and personalized concierge services
- Operate valet parking services with precision and professionalism
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests with proactive problem-solving skills
- Safeguard guest belongings and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NY State driver's license with clean record

- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
