Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel property, including monitoring access points and surveillance systems.
- Process reservations and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills for audit tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
