Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and personal belongings using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide personalized recommendations for Chicago attractions, dining, and transportation
- Assist with valet parking coordination and vehicle retrieval
- Maintain pristine appearance of lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Execute room delivery services for amenities and special requests
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Chicago geography and landmarks
