Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Execute valet parking services during peak hours
- Deliver items to guest rooms upon request
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with special event logistics and setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of Minneapolis attractions preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
