Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
- Assist with valet parking and shuttle services as needed
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Safely operate hotel equipment (e.g., elevators, carts)
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns to management
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas area (or willingness to learn)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for shuttle operations)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
