Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to company standards.
- Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety, security, and sanitation policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we provide full training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the Atlanta location.
