Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure optimal room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Execute daily cash handling procedures and manage payment transactions
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout all operational areas
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
