Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including linen changing, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Address guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Support the hotel management team with special events and daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate hotel management software.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
