Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling efficiently.
- Maintenance: Ensure the lobby, public areas, and restrooms are immaculate and well-maintained at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Room Preparation: Assist in housekeeping duties and room preparation to meet strict quality standards.
- Payment Processing: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the hotel location.
