Responsibilities
- Sanitize and Clean: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Guest Amenities: Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
- Laundry & Maintenance: Collect and sort linens for laundry, report maintenance issues, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the hotel efficiently.
- Room Preparation: Prepare vacant rooms for new arrivals by changing linens and making beds according to our luxury standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address minor details that ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
