Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Operate hotel cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with guest requests and special accommodations
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Complete daily cleaning checklists with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
