Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Execute deep cleaning protocols including carpet care, upholstery, and bathroom sanitation
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to brand-specific quality assurance standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months commercial housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work mornings/afternoons (no weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
