Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphroom safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Actively promote hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for airport shuttles)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
