Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and aesthetic appeal.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Guest Service: Assist guests with inquiries regarding room amenities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Sanitation: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations regarding chemical usage and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to spot even the smallest imperfections and ensure a spotless finish.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 20-30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
