Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and OSHA standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Complete daily inspection checklists with precision
- Train new team members on cleaning standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for property transfers)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with strong guest service mindset
