Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and concierge services
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Lead talent management initiatives including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement brand standards and service excellence protocols across all departments
- Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives resulting in 95%+ positive review scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop seasonal promotions and packages
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of P&L management and revenue optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Advanced certification from CHA, AHLEI, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing 50+ staff members
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Opera and BI systems
- Deep knowledge of California hospitality regulations and compliance
- Fluent English with multilingual capabilities highly valued
