Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of hygiene.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds according to hotel standards, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Guest Services: Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Organization: Maintain cleanliness in linen closets and storage areas.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
