Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 AI Ethics Framework to govern our global operations and product deployment.
- Lead cross-functional audits of proprietary algorithms to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias.
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption within the C-suite and boardroom.
- Collaborate with technical leads to design explainable AI (XAI) systems that are transparent to users.
- Monitor global regulatory trends (such as the EU AI Act and future US legislation) and translate them into actionable technical standards.
- Mentor a team of AI researchers and policy analysts focused on long-term safety.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, specifically focusing on AI or emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of defining ethical guidelines for large-scale software systems.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, particularly LLMs and neural networks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
