Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs to adapt models to specific domains.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to minimize hallucinations and improve factual accuracy.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish MLOps best practices for continuous integration, monitoring, and model versioning.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks and contribute to the internal AI research library.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
