Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale, low-latency LLM inference clusters using Kubernetes and Ray.
- Implement and optimize Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Architect multi-agent systems capable of complex, autonomous reasoning tasks.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundation models on proprietary datasets.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of critical AI infrastructure components.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in MLOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Machine Learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Extensive experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with high throughput.
