Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI researchers and software engineers in the development of next-gen neural networks.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, deployable software solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Present technical roadmaps and milestones to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI paradigms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
