We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Technology to spearhead our strategic initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging tech trends and business execution, specifically focusing on the implementation of generative AI, autonomous systems, and next-gen infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key technological breakthroughs and integration points.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models, and predictive analytics to prepare for the 2026 market shift.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure scalability and security.
- Present strategic technology visions to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects with a focus on long-term (5-10 year) planning.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain technologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
