Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage transportation and check-in/out procedures
- Provide courteous information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Operate hotel transportation services (shuttles, valet)
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Exceptional customer service attitude and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
