Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Utilize PMS software to manage daily operations and reporting
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a welcoming lobby atmosphere
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic proficiency with computers and reservation systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license for valet duties (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
